The sale or transfer of FOP Merchandise with 'Active Member' noted on the item is strictly prohibited pursuant to Standing Rule #5 of the Grand Lodge FOP. We are shipping USPS when package size allows in order to keep your freight cost at a minimum. We are also using UPS, charging actual freight charges that are incurred. With the volatility of the fuel market, UPS is mandating a fuel surcharge on all shipments, which changes month to month depending on the rise and fall of fuel prices. All shipments will incur a $1.50 handling charge, a residential surcharge of $2.20 also applies to all residential shipments.
